LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Dec 30, 2005
By Denise Redmond I bought this as a christmas gift for my husband and father-in-law. I also bought the back one and the hand mitts(for myself). They absolutely love the neck therapy wrap. I did a lot of research on moist heat therapy and the different products you can use. I settled on this one for a number of reasons. One it is microwavable; two, the aromassentials; three, it's portable - not electric plug in; four, you can use it in other places other than neck i.e., lower back; and lastly the look and subsequent feel of the material is amazing. I bought two and I now am buying two more as the word has passed on about this product!!!!

Ahhhh, comfort! Aug 20, 2007

This product lives up to its description. Note: Careful how much you microwave; while it may feel just warm on the outside, once you wrap it, the full heat will penetrate through. Very nice, though.

Good Product May 14, 2007
By D. Schindel I have been using this product for several weeks now. It works just as advertised. I am re-habbing from degenerating cervical disks and I need moist heat to help loosen up my neck muscles and do stretching/strength exercises. This neck wrap works very well. I pop in the microwave for about 21/2 minutes and it retains it's heat for 15-20 minutes. I would recommend this product to others.

IT CAUGHT ON FIRE. Oct 01, 2010
By yalce I work an incredibly high stress job, have an extremely tight jaw and neck, and was really excited about this. My doctor recommended I try one. I loved it, the first two times I used it. I followed the instructions to the T, and warmed it at 30 second intervals.
Then it caught fire in my microwave.
I'm serious - as it turns out, it has a metal zipper pull. I heard a pop from the kitchen and opened the microwave to discover the zipper pull had fired off and the material around the zipper was charring.
So, yeah, cloves and lavender smell great. Burning synthetic material = not so much.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone who's looking to lesson the stress in your life.

Easy to use, highly effective, quality product Nov 26, 2007

"Gweilo"
Purchased for my wife's birthday a year ago. We've both used it for sore necks, backs, cramps (ok, I've never used it for that), and even calves. It heats fairly slowly (typically a total of about 3 minutes broken into 45 second portions) but holds the heat for a long time. Caution: it can get hot enough to burn your skin, so be sure to keep another piece of cloth between it and you if it's too hot. THe smell is nice without being overpowering, and even I (macho guy who hates smelly stuff) find it unoffensive. Velco closure isn't that effective and a little small for a big-neck like mine, but wife finds it useful.
Good product for the price. Highly recommended.
