Like millions of other folks, sleep is not something that normally comes easily to me. I have suffered from insomnia on some level for just about since the days I was being told by somebody when to go to bed. A nightly ritual that includes sleeping pills in some form has been a routine now for years. I long ago gave up prescription meds as an answer to the problem. Not because they are expensive or that I am concerned about side effects. But because I grew tired of keeping doctors rich by having to visit them every six months or so just to tell them that the same insomnia problem I have had for over 40 years is still with me.
Although I have tried different brands and formulas of over the counter meds over the years, I have pretty much settled into some store brand version of Unisom now for quite some time. Long ago I gave up wasting money on name brand meds, so it was just a question of hunting down the same ingredients in a store or generic brand. At just around $15 for a two pack of the Members Mark, this is the best deal for this formula that I have been able to locate. At 192 softgels an order, you are getting almost a full 7 month supply in one package if taken every day. I have not seen any better deal in stores, or here on Amazon. Also, keep in mind that despite another reviewer here that claims this is not the same Unisom formula, it is indeed the exact same ingredients as compared to the Unisom softgels. (The tablets for some reason use a different active ingredient). I have had excellent results with the softgel formula under a variety of labels for years now and this Members Mark brand is no exception. I have been taking them for about two months and they do as an effective a job of putting me to sleep as any other I have tried. As far as service, the delivery of this order was fast and with good communication. I highly recommend the Members Mark twin pack if you are a regular user of either Unisom, or some equivalent of it. Or if you are just new to needing something to help you get to sleep. They work well and are a great deal here on Amazon...

Geltabs that work quickly. Taken approximately 30 minutes before bed, one begins to feel more like actually going to bed than watching 3 more hours of mind numbing tv and infomercials.
Sleep comes easily once in bed but not such a deep sleep that I cannot hear the dogs when they call to go out at night, a heavy rain/wind storm, the phone ringing or the morning alarm. I don't find 'morning mouth' with this product as I have experienced with other products I've tried. Nor do I wake foggy, groggy, or completely out of it. Once awake, I'm awake. Not walking around bumping into things.
One geltab is the recommended dose. I am an insomniac so sleep comes to me rarely and with much difficulty. One geltab and I can sleep about 6 hours. And if I must wake for something, I can fall back to sleep more easily once I return to bed.
Not a bad product. Will most likely purchase more when this runs out.

Best type of sleep aid out there!! pop two pills in before you go to sleep, nextthing you know, you are waking up feeling revitalized! 192 pills for that cheap??!!! GREAT DEAL!!!!!

Same active ingredient as Unisom. The 1 star commenter who said it wasn't didn't read the Unisom label. Look on Unisom's own website under products -> sleep gels -> drug facts and it says Diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg.
Anyway, I've had trouble sleeping my entire life. These work for me. I have to take more than the recommended dosage. But, as any doctor will tell you, prolonged usage of OTC sleeping pills will build a tolerance. This is not a fault on the manufacturer, it's just how drugs work. Same with the brand name.
Can't beat the quantity for the price. At the pharmacy, the same drug will cost nearly the same price for a fraction of the quantity.

Maximum strength Unisom contains 50mg of Diphenhydramine, which is the exact same ingredient and dosage inside each of these SoftGels -- only at a much cheaper price. You're getting almost 200 SoftGels here at a fraction of the cost over name brand. Not sure what's up with the weird quantities -- you get 192 gel caps here -- why not an even 200? Even brand name Unisom packages these in off-kilter quantities. But they do work and I'm able to get a full 8 hours sleep whenever I take one. Normally, I barely sleep 5 hours, so these have helped make a drastic improvement for me. Happy to find such a large quantity at a substantial savings! Better than the dreaded Ambien sleep-walking!
