Dr. Bakst Magnetic Back Support Feb 28, 2009
By J. Burdick I have used magnetic back support belts in the past, wore one out in fact. But this one has one really serious flaw - It curls itself up into a sort of magnetic roll by the attraction of each row of magnets for the adjacent row below. This results in several rows stuck together and forms a bulky, less than efficient, quite narrow "belt" that seems untameable. I have pulled it apart only to have it snap back and have been unable to find a way to prevent this problem. I believe that some sort of vertical stays might be the answer, but do not believe that I should need to spend more money and spend time to try a fix on a product that cost me over $60. Magnets are a great help for my back, but I am about to try to return this for a refund.

very nice Jul 07, 2010
By rj45 I ordered this for my dad, and he just loves it. He was not a believer in magnet therapy until I got these for him. It helped him a lot with his chest pain, and also lose some fat around his waist. I recommend getting the magnet for the arm and the knee; they work great. My only gripe is the magnets tend to stick to each other. Medium size should be fine for most. I ordered Large, and it was too large.

Great Product! Really works to stop pain! Jan 14, 2009
By Shea Meddin I've been using this product for a couple of years. It is truly magic! I had awful back pain for several years and after trying this product, the pain has disappeared. This belt is the best thing that has happened to me. The magnets really do work for Pain Relief. This is a top of the line product, not like the other ones that you buy from cheaper companies.
DEFINITELY WORTH THE EXTRA PENNY.

Back support Mar 24, 2010
By yogaheart I purchased this product for severe back pain and spasms associated with fibromyalgia. I found that while it offered little or no actual pain relief, it did offer great support where I needed it and in that way helped manage discomfort. It fit fairly flat against the body once applied and was not visible under clothing. I am a very small person, and usually have problems finding these types of items to fit correctly. The small Magnetic Back Support Belt from Dr. Bakst fits great, doesn't ride up or move once the velcro is fastened securely. I found it especially nice for travel, or if I had to be on my feet a great deal during the day.
Love it Feb 22, 2012
By Bronby This back belt works great. I'm always using my back for stuff and this works really good to keep the soreness away when i'm working. The only bad thing is I wish it had more velcro to attach it to. I might have got a size too big.
