I REALIZE THERE ARE MANY TYPES OF BACK PAIN, SO I DO NOT CLAIM THAT THIS BELT WILL BENEFIT EVERYONE FOR EVERY TYPE OF PROBLEM, BUT FOR ME IT WORKS REALLY WELL. I AM A LICENSED MASSAGE/NATURAL HEALING PRACTITIONER, ON MY FEET ALL DAY, LONG HOURS,BENT OVER A TABLE APPLYING MY VARIOUS MODALITIES TO A CLIENT, SO MY BACK CAN GET VERY SOAR IF I DO NOT TAKE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. EVEN THEN, IT CAN ACHE. WHEN I WEAR THIS BELT IT RELIEVES THE BACK ACHE ALWAYS. THIS PARTICULAR BELT HAS A LARGE NUMBER OF MAGNETS, WHICH IS IMPORTANT. I WEAR IT UNDERNEATH MY CLOTHING. IT GIVES FIRM SUPPORT AS WELL. MAGNET THERAPY IS WONDERFUL. THIS HAS VELCRO TO HOLD AND SO ADJUSTS TO FIT WELL. THIS PRODUCT GETS 5 STARS FROM ME AND I'VE BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS!
