I just went on line to reorder my shampoo and I saw that someone said I am not a real person! I am very real and my cancer treatment is going well and I expect to continue to we real on this earth for quite some time!. The attack on my veracity made me sad because I never write reviews but I wrote for this product because it really was a good thing for me when I was really feeling bad about my hair. I couldn't use any harsh chemicals and this shampoo fit my needs. The following is my original review and I stand by it. In fact am reordering now for both my husband and myself, :"When I finished my chemo treatments for breast cancer I was really anxious to grow my hair back. My thereapist recommended this shampoo treatment because of it has all gentle natural ingredients and no hormones. My hair is coming in better than any of the other patients in my group. I am recommending it.

This works for me! The leave in rogaine left my thin hair looking flater and thinner. This shampoo bulks up my hair and after four weeks I have new growth

I use this shampoo every week and I love it, the shampoo really cleans my hair. Also, I notice a texture change in my hair. My hair is mush more curly than usual. I am going to order the conditioner next overall I'm please with my purchase.

I have been using this shampoo since last summer 2010 in conjuction with the conditioner and just finished a full bottle in January. The results are noticebly thicker hair especially where my hair is very fine on top but that's about it. I did notice small - thin hairs possibly new hair growing in the frontal part of my hairline but I think that's normal growth and not growth caused by this shampoo.
My advice. There are much better products out there and shampoo's. I've only tried a few and this one does have good ingredients but like others have said on here I think the shampoo does not help re-grow hair. Honestly, if it did wouldn't this be a break-through? Anyway, the shampoo does not lather very good. The conditioner is much better quality unfortunitly.

I researched L-carnitine and the science shows good growth in studies. I purchased the Hewley shampoo and conditioner and they seem to be made from high quality ingredients and I can feel them working when I use them. I'm happy with my purchase.
