My mother loves these patches. She really feels that they help her control her everyday arthritis pains. However, one word of caution-heart patients or those on blood thinners may experience some blood under the skin type bruising.

Amazon cannot ship this correctly Jun 17, 2009

Okay, Icy Hot is a great product for my mom's Fibromyalgia but Amazon, who is the fulfiller has a defect in their system. Twice I ordered 3 3 packs, and twice they sent me 3 individual boxes not 3 3 packs. How hard is it to follow a product number to fulfill this? I called customer service twice and they easily refunded my money but, come on Amazon, this is not Rocket Surgery.
