I was in a boot for 6 months with a broken ankle, my right shoulder, neck and upper back were killing me for a long time now. I bought these dots and i swear it feels like a life changing experience. I can sit for over an hour and not tyr to crack, or stretch something. This really is an amazing product. I put a few on my ankle too but it does not work as good as it does on my neck and shoulder area. GO GET THESE

I used this product by applying all twenty magnets directly to an athletic wrist support rather than to the skin as shown on the packaging. This method allowed for repeated use and direct benefit to a specific area on my wrist. The chronic pain has left and flexibility has returned.

Mag-10 magna-Dots have helped me as well as family and friends. When used on the pain site, it either eliminates the pain or lessens it.

Great product. These are apparently no longer sold in stores and I had lost some of my original ones so I was thrilled to find these on Amazon. I find them extremely beneficial for pain and have ordered sets for my Dad and my Mother-in-Law.

These are simple and easy to use. You just have to make sure you clean your skin with alcohol before applying so that the adhesive stays in place. They will stay on for days once you do this. I had a huge knot in my right shoulder, I place several magnets in the area and within hours, like someone had given me a deep tissue massage the tension had released and the knot was gone. If you get and can understand an acupressure chart, placing these on those points helps as well. They do work, you just have to be patient, they are not a miracle pill.
