Like the other reviewer I was very happy with the stepper and I used it almost everyday. But only about one month later the wire cable broke, so I called the customer service and they replaced me with another cable. I thought this one would last, but it only last for 3 times exercise and borke AGAIN! I am very disappointed and hoping I can return this product.

I've only had this stepper for a month and it already broke. I am very very disappointed. Don't bother.

This stepper is average. There's nothing spectacular but it does its job and it's a good price. For some reason when I tried to screw in the band into the right side it wouldn't screw in all the way (whereas the left was fine). But it still works. I wish there was a tension setting on this because after using it a couple times I need a little more resistance. But I love that it's small and lightweight and I can just pull it out when I'm not in the mood to trek to the gym.

I used this stepper almost daily for a month and was happy with the product until a couple of days ago when the cable broke with no warning. I was stepping at a fairly fast pace, and when the cable broke the machine came to a dead stop causing me to lose my balance and fall off, sustaining injuries. When I was deciding which stepper to purchase and had narrowed my choices down to two, I chose this one because there was a comment on the other about the cable breaking. There are no specifications in the product description about weight limit (but my weight shouldn't be a problem) or how vigorous a workout the machine will tolerate (isn't that the point of aerobic exercise?). I'm returning this stepper (a fairly painless process, thank you, Amazon) and will order a different one.

I received this stepper Mid-January and less than one month later the cable that wraps around the pulley device broke off of the machine while I was using it. I almost fell off of the machine. I really was enjoying the stepper as an extra workout, but I am very unhappy that I got less than one months use and I have not been able to contact the company to inquire about a replacement.
