What do you need these for? Dec 17, 2011

For some reason I thought these would be more rigid but, rereading the description, it doesn't make any sense that I would have thought that ;)
I think if you need to give yourself some protection from banging your elbows (they also mention heels...don't know that you could get these up to your knee as they'd be pretty tight) or ulcers, bedsores and whatnot, these will be good.
I was trying to use them to keep me from contorting my arms at night as I suspect my dreaming self is making pretzel-meat of my arms, screwing with my joints and putting my hands to sleep for an unhealthy duration. These were okay comfort-wise but weren't really limiting my arm motion on their own.
They're kind of just a fancy-contoured sock with nice padding inside.
These fit alright... I'm 6'1" 175lbs... alright arms... and these protectors go on alright.... but if you have meaty guns you're trying to protect, these might be a little tight.
But if they're what you need, I can see how they might work well.

Work well enough Nov 21, 2010
By Faja4X The one con is that they are not durable and the knit snags easily and pills up easily too. But I got to handle a problem with elbow tendinitis...every time you bump that thing...wham...another setback. These fit the bill for that application.

Way too small Feb 17, 2012

The padding, cuff, and elastic material seem fine. 4 stars there.
If they think this size is XXLarge, they really need to test on large people, 1 star.
My measurements above and below my elbow are both less than 16" and this is very difficult to get into place.
It is so tight that it is cutting off circulation.

Disappointed Nov 06, 2011

They're well made--that isn't the problem. I bought the XX large size and they do not go over my forearm--and I'm a puss. I don't lift weights. I have average nerd-sized arms. Keep them in mind when you order. Quality is fine: sizes are WAY off!
