Product As Advertised, small QC issue. Jan 08, 2009
By R. Medina All 6 were pretty much as I expected and serve the needs i had for them. I do enough work with things that rough up my hands so I opted to wrap tennis racket grip around the ones I use the most. It makes it a little bit more challenging but I think it better accomplishes the goal of the devices which is grip strength. As I was able to close the 200 and was getting close to the 250, I developed a bit of forearm tendinitis so if this sort of thing is something you're prone to or you start to feel it yourself, don't forget to do some balancing of the other muscles by opening your fingers with a rubber band around them or some similar exercise and try not to bend your wrist much if at all when you squeeze these.
I dock one point in the review because my 100lb grip arrived with a loose connection between the spring and the handle. It's not a big deal in the 100 but if it had occurred in the 200 or higher, I probably would have returned it for replacement.

Awesome Hand Grips! Aug 31, 2008
By FLYingG0D I searched all over the internet for Hand Grippers, and ended up here, with EXACTLY what I was wanting! Everywhere else, all I could find where light-weight grippers, and just one or two pound options. No room for improvement! However, I found this set, which gives you a full 6 grippers, all increasing in 50 lb increments, so you can really improve your grip!
I really loved the rugged design! These do not have the plastic grips with padding that could break, or makes your workout feel less fulfilling. These have strong aluminum knurled handles, so you get a good grip, and prepare your hands for the real world, where not everything is foam padded!
I thought the 100 lb would be a little stiff, but they are actually a great starting point, and I am up to about 250 lbs, and loving them! If you are looking for a quality, rugged set of hand squeezers, this is the item for you! I know I love them!

very good Jun 16, 2008
By madmack1008 I could close the 100 and the 150 for reps without a problem, the 200 with effort. The 250 will just barely start to move for me. The set should provide a challenge for some time to come. The only downsides are that the handles are a little rough on the skin, and they track a little at an angle due to the spring construction.

Love them. Sep 02, 2010
By Murphy Don't use them enough, i can close the 250, and am close to the 300. Not quite as awesome as the Captains of Crush but WELL worth the price. Buy these first and see if you really stick to it, then purchase CoC.

Excellent Grippers Jan 18, 2011
By GTX28 Great product, no use spending loads of cash on COC, these work great I have only had them for a few weeks and I can close the 200lb one all the way both handles touching, in coil up or coil down orientation. Working on the 250lb one now. Great Product, however this seller leaves alot to be desired. I ordered the 100lb thru 350lb package. I only recieved the 100lb thru 300lb models in the box, with no shipping manifest. I called Amazon who promptly remedied the issue. So I am pleased with the product pleased with Amazon, but not happy with this seller, poor communication, and items ordered were not shipped.
