They are not absorbant nor do they stay in place. I bought two packs because I was going through these pads so fast I thought I was just leaking alot, but I was wrong- these are just terrible. I LOVE the Johnson & Johnson ones- they're contoured, theyre comfortable, and they're absorbant- I can wear the same ones two days in a row and not even notice them because they dont leak at all!!!!!! Get those instead.

I've been nursing for almost 7 weeks, and in one let-down I can leak over an ounce. These pads do NOT hold much, and would leak so badly that it seemed like I wasn't wearing a pad at all! I had a free pair of disposables from Lansinoh, and I have not leaked through them yet. SO, if you aren't a heavy leaker, these may work fine.

I think these are great! I probably wouldn't have used them when my daughter was a newborn and my supply wasn't established, so I was often engorged or leaked a ton. But once we were past that and I started using these, I have had no problem with leaking or wetness. Very reasonable price for a great product. I have washed these probably 100x and they still are the same shape and quality.

These pads feel fairly dry against the skin, but I've found that because of that, I leak through the pads and onto my clothes before I even realize that they are wet. Not bad for overnight use, but because of they are bulky and very obvious under clothing, I only use them at night and would not wear them anywhere in public for fear of leaking.

These pads are not too big or too small. I wear them for 24 hours then throw them in the wash. They hold their shape. I have never leaked through.
