This yoga mat looks great, and is thick enough to be comfortable enough to kneel on hardwood floors but I found the surface to be too slick. As soon as my hands or feet became slightly moist, I found it very difficult to hold poses.

After airing it out for about a week (to get rid of the smell), I started using it. It's sticky and provided good cushion for my knees. I also got compliments for its color and pattern. Overall it's a very nice yoga mat with high quality.

Almost everyone in my "Senior Center" yoga class has commented on something related to this mat: it doesn't slide on the floor, it's longer than most, the thickness looks easier on the knees, "I love the design," etc. This mat is soooo worth the investment.

I really like this mat. It's not so thick that it makes balancing difficult, and it provides some cushion for your knees. It can be a little slick, especially at first, but washing takes care of that pretty well. I put mine right in the washing machine. It's also really pretty!

Great mat. Thicker than my other one, but not too thick The color and design are very calming and soothing :) It makes doing yoga even better than before!
