The GABRIALLA Maternity Belt is made to maintain proper posture, reduce the risk of stretch marks, and support the uterus throughout pregnancy. The maternity belt is made for everyday wear and becomes unnoticeable when worn under clothing. The adjustable belt is 9" wide in the back. It has two additional pull straps to ensure proper adjustment. It comes in S, M, L, XL and XXL sizes and adjusts to accommodate size changes during and after pregnancy. Colors: White

Not very comfortable - the piece that goes around the front did help alleviate some of the cramping I was feeling from the weight of the baby, but I found I only wore it for a few weeks because the back piece was so bulky, it was was really uncomfortable. It was about halfway up my back. I bought the XL - really should have bought the next size up too - there was only about an inch to spare on the velcro. My pre-pregnancy weight was approx 190.
