Never knew cinnamon could be so good May 25, 2011

I ordered this because I wanted some cinnamon without coumarin - anything else was a bonus. Well, this cinnamon is amazing. It's spicy, flavorful, aromatic... it's so far above the other stuff I can't imagine going back. In fact, I now use my other organic cinnamon on my doorstep to keep the ants out of the house. I'll only use this stuff for our food needs from now on. Shipping was flawless, too.

I ordered this product after being unable to find Ceylon cinnamon locally. The quality seems good and we have enjoyed the taste in our holiday baking. The packaging was good and I will probably order from this company again.

Frontier's Ceylon cinnamon tastes good, and I've bought more of it after trying half a dozen others. It has a bit milder flavor than Penzey's, but I like theirs too.
Frontier Co-op itself offers more variations of Ceylon cinnamon than are usually available here on Amazon through resellers. To see what else they have, you might want to have a look at the Co-op's own extensive retail and wholesale sites.

This is my second purchase of this product and I can attest to the fact that this is the best quality cinnamon that one could ever find, anywhere. The taste is so far superior to regular grocery store cinnamon, you won't believe it. Cinnamon is very good for you and I use large amounts of it on my foods and in my drinks every day. I highly recommend this brand of subperb quality organic cinnamon.

This product came to me expediently and when I opened the package it was exactly as ordered Ceylon Cinnamon, I never knew the difference until I received this package. It is sweet, aromatic and great for naptime. thanks
