I have few foot massage machines and one that does similar to this except it lacks the air-filled bags to provide the needed pressure which is the reason I bought this. With the other one, I don't feel I have been worked at after 30 minutes sessions but this one I feel the massage in first 5 minutes. I recommend to use low speed and pressure or wear socks if you're not familiar with this kind of foot massage. I have to reduce the pressure so that it will be more comfortable.
This machine does not give you comfort while it works on your feet but your feet will feel they have been worked afterward and your legs tingle. If your feet hurt even with low settings after few times, you should stop and seek a doctor.
Overall, I like this machine and will use this over the other model. Soon, I think my feet will get use to it and enjoy it while it is working on my feet.

I have searched high and low for anything to help with arthritis in my feet. This doesn't take the place of a masseuse, but does come close. It provides relieving pressure around the foot as well as stimulation on the bottom of the foot. I wish there was a little more pressure around the foot, as that is what provides the most relief. The heat option is good, although soaking the feet in a hot bath also works well. I do believe this is worth the price...anything that provides relief is helpful!
