I've only started using this product, but I must say I'm already pleased with the amount of energy I've been feeling from just a few uses. I've been taking CLA and raspberry ketones for weight loss, Primaforce Max CLA 90 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder and will continue to do so for its appetite suppressant effects and increase in metabolism that it gives me but I really do like this energy mix on days when I'm not taking anything else, especially the high concentration of vitamin b, not to mention all the other nutrients in it too. The berry flavor tastes very good to me, I recommend it.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and cfs (cronic fatigue syndrome) 20 years ago and was never able to find anything natural that would work for me, because I don't take prescription meds, untill I tried this product. This is great! I was having minimal pain, sleeping at night, was not as tired. But shortly after I began to take it I started having PVC's and they kept increasing every day. My daily routine was the same; the only thing i could think of was the revitalization system, so I decided to stop taking it and sure enough the PVC's began to diminish and in about a week they were gone. My doctor had told me that one can easily overdose on vitamin B12 and sice this has the highest concentration, 8,333%, it was causing me to have PVC's (premature ventricular contraction).

Taken once a day, this formula provides a much needed energy boost to each day. The package contains enough powdered vitamin powder (1 scoop per day) and one-a-day B-complex vitamins for a 30 day supply.
FLAVOR:
I've been drinking the berry flavored formula exclusively for two years. While I've tried the orange flavor, I prefer this one. My suggestion is to give both a try and find out which flavor suits you. I can't say I like the berry flavor, but it was the lesser of two evils. That being said, 'flavor' isn't the best, but you can stomach it and the benefits outweigh it.
HOW I TAKE IT:
I mix one scoop with approximately 6 ounces of cool water. I want to be able to drink it quickly; in one shot versus sipping it. Part of the tough part with any supplement you have to drink (for me at least...) is the thickness and/or grittiness to it. This is no different. I shake it well or blend it quickly in a personal sized blender before drinking it. While I've tried blending it with juice and making a smoothie out of it with fruit, I prefer the fast and furious method of consumption!
THE BOTTOM LINE:
This stuff really works to keep me feeling less achy from the fibromyalgia, give me more energy to get through my day and feel positive that I'm doing something healthy and proactive for myself each day.

Relief from fibromyalgia pain Mar 04, 2010

I have been taking Energy Revitalization for almost a year and it has been a lifesaver for me. Before I found this product, I was taking Lyrica for my fibromyalgia symptoms, and the side effects were awful. I gained almost 20 pounds in swelling weight, couldn't walk some days because the soles of my feet would swell so badly that it hurt to put weight on them, and my vision blurred so badly that I had to get a new glasses prescription. I found information about Dr. Teitelbaum at a local health food/holistic health store and it mentioned that he had created a vitamin combination that had shown some success in treating fibromyalgia. I tracked down this product and began taking it. It took a month or so for me to really feel the effects, but once I did, I was amazed. I have since weaned off Lyrica (with my doctor's supervision...it's dangerous to just stop taking it) and I feel really good. I still have some pain, but my energy level is much higher and I am able to keep up with all my daily activities. It also helps with the "fibrofog" that was clouding my thinking. Yes, it tastes awful, but I mix it with high-pulp OJ and let it sit for about 5 minutes before I drink it. It dissolves better that way, and the pulp covers up some of the granular consistency.

Great Basic Multivitamin Sep 10, 2008

I have had Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia for many years, and have found vitamin supplementation to be a helpful aspect of my treatment. This product intrigued me because it has such great levels of important nutrients, but no pills to swallow.
I was very surprised at how pleasant-tasting the powder is, although its dissolvability could be better (hence only 4 stars). Stirring does NOT work at all. It can be shaken in a bottle (nalgene-type) with a few ice cubes added with fair results, but I prefer to use an immersion blender for best results. It is ok in water, but it is at its very BEST blended into a smoothy made with vanilla soy milk and frozen berries (honestly, it tastes like a treat made this way).
With my health issues, I used to catch everything that came my way and then spend two months trying to beat it. Since beginning vitamin supplementation I hardly ever get sick, and when I do I usually recover in less than a week. But it can be daunting to swallow all those pills. With this system its one smoothy and one capsule, and I've covered all my bases!
