I've tried many other brands--this is the best Dec 30, 2010

Nice and light, good size, flexible, durable, absolutely no plastic/rubber smell (like others I have tried--gag)and a big wide mouth making filling easy. I seriously can't think of anything I'd improve...if you're in the market for a water bottle--this one is great.

HEAVENLY HOT WATER BOTTLE Mar 04, 2010

I love this water bottle. I use it every night at the foot of my bed to keep my feet warm. It is great high quality material and has never leaked. Everyone should have one of these.

Works as it should, arrived promptly with sweet little gift. Thanks. Jan 06, 2009
By L. Valentine I was attempting to replace an old genuine English rubber hot water bottle. This new German one is not rubber, but holds the heat well and is a good quality material for the purpose. Instructions in every language.

need some improvememnt Jul 23, 2010
By ioc the water bottle is good, but the handle of plug is too wide & thin, When I put it inside my comforter to sleep, my feet put on the bottle, as the handle was too big, the plug was turned easily, and water came all over my bed, it happened few times, and I finally trimed the handle smaller and now it is good to use.

Love it - icy toes be gone! Jan 30, 2012
By P. Neely I bought this based on the positive reviews (and because it came in blue) and have been really pleased with the purchase.
The bottle has a nice high-quality feel to it. You can pour boiling to near boiling water into it with no problems. It has never leaked, though I do tip it upside down once to get rid of a few drops that did not make it all the way into the bottle.
The cap seals very tight, with a sturdy feel. I do wish the cap "wings" would be flat when the cap was twisted tight - the cap "wings" or paddle edge on my bottle does not lie flat with the bottle tightly sealed, and it makes me worry a little that if there was pressure (like a foot lying on top of it), then the pressure down could press the cap down and loosen the seal. It has not happened yet, though.
This has been a wonderful way to pamper my partner just a little bit more. We keep the house at 60 degrees, so it is nice to be able heat up his side of the bed so he does not have to get into a cold bed. I borrow it later to keep my otherwise icy-cold toes warm.
The bottle stays warm all night, and there are still vestiges of heat to it in the morning. Filled with boiling water, it is almost too hot to touch when you first put it into the bed, so I move it around a couple of times to warm up a larger area.
This is not the least expensive water bottle available, but I love the quality, and it has been worth the $25 to have a little bit of extra comfort on cold nights.
I am tempted to take it out for a night or two backpacking to see if it might be worth its weight on chilly nights.
