great knee support Jun 25, 2009
By Chris B First a comment on DocOrtho, the seller. They are really great. I made a mistake in sizing which i caught after it had shipped. They stopped the shipment and got me the correct size in 2 days. And they were super nice about it.
About the knee support: Enough support (medium) to get thru the day. Comfortable enough to wear to bed. I don't understand how far infrared works, all i know is my aging knee, often stiff and painful due to teenage injury and years of running, feels so much better when i use this support.
fyi, here's the sizing chart: For correct sizing, measure 4" above the center of the kneecap. If your measurement borders two sizes, select the next larger size.
Sizing Chart Size Thigh Size Small 11 in - 13 in Medium 13 in - 15 in Large 15 in - 17 in X-Large 17 in - 20 in
definitely size up if you're on the cusp. i'm 16" and the large is very snug but not uncomfortable. if my thigh was 17" i would definitely order xl.

Does not Bind in Back of Knee Jul 16, 2008
By A. L. Meszaros Ace, Futuro, and some others I tried all ended up binding behind my knees and had to be removed after 3 hours or so. I slept with this one on with no binding or other problems. Not sure about the heat aspect as I am a new (2 days)user, but the support aspect is terrific and the price well worth the non-binding as I can wear this as long as I want.

Comfortable knee support Dec 29, 2010

"Obumpa"
Best knee support I have ever purchased. It is comfortable to wear throughout the day and does not need constant adjustment. Excellent weight and material appears to be long lasting after many washings. Highly recommended.

Good May 06, 2010
By Seadog I purchased two of these and I like them. There is one thing I don't like about them though. They have a tendencey to bunch together if you do a lot of walking.
The Best! May 01, 2009

"Ladder Climber"
I have tried many dozens of different knee supports over the years, and this one is by "far" (pun intended!) the best. It keeps your knees warm when it's cold, and comfortable when it's hot with no sweating. One brand I used to use made my knees get drenched in sweat. I climb ladders all day in my painting business, and I couldn't do it without this support. They are also extremely durable: I still use almost every day the first pair I bought some two years ago, and they show virtually no wear. They wash easily and dry quickly. I even stocked up just in case the company quits making them!
