In a reactive snit after an earlier problem with this seller, I trashed his reputation and want to correct that; as I was writting my review, he was deciding to resolve my issue very much in my favor, and eventualy replaced - free of charge - the item I felt was not performing correctly. I thought that was outstanding on his part and speaks highly to his integrity. As for the mittens, I guess they just don't get as hot as I would like; it seems to me they get moderatly warm, but no more, even on the High setting.
