Essential Support Treatment Ingredients: 960 mg of USP natural progesterone extracted from wild yam and soybean, estriol and estradiol, with natural phyto-estrogens extracted from black cohosh, licorice root, wild yam extract, red clover blossom, dong quai, and in a 2 ounce base of: deionized water, aloe vera gel,caprylic/capric triglycerides, polyacrylamide/c13-14, isoparaffin/laureth 7, tocopheryl acetate, SD alcohol, phenoxyethanol, and grapefruit seed extract. Each 1/4 teaspoon contains 0.9 mg estriol, 0.1 mg estradiol and 20 mg of natural progesterone.

I've been using Sarati's estrogen cream for 2 years and have never had a problem. Our bodies desperately need estrogen after menopause (I'm 50), and Sarati's cream has all the goodies (e.g., estriol, estradiol and progesterone). At $20, it's cheaper than HRT therapy, trust me.

Shipped quickly and safely to australia. Much cheaper than locally sourced hormone creams. A very nice moisturising cream - absorbed easily, and not waxy ors ticky like the others i have tried. Also being two in one for a small person like me made it easy to apply without running out of skin! Certainly has active hormones in it- hot flashes dissapeared straight away but being peri menopausal perhaps at the stated dosage it was a bit strong or tends to accumulate in the fat after two months so I switched to progesterone only because of breast engorgement.
