Finally, I can get some rest! Oct 09, 2008
By Petal It took me awhile to figure out when was the best time to take this product and how much to take to get a good nights rest without taking more than necessary. After a few nights, I figured out that I need to take only 1-2 tablets right at bedtime and then go right to bed. It still takes me a short while to fall asleep but then at least I sleep soundly. Sometimes I will wake maybe once during the night but can easily fall right back to sleep and the next time I wake up is just before my alarm is set to go off and I feel like I'm ready to start my day! I was sceptical that this could work, but for me it's really helped a lot, especially with the "quality" of my sleep. Having fibromyalgia, the "quality" of your sleep really matters! I told my doctor about this formula and she said she may suggest it to some of her patients that don't necessarily want to take medications to help them sleep. I say, if it works, why not?!

Didn't Revitalize Me or Help Me to Sleep Aug 07, 2010
By Fr. Charles Erlandson Since I suffer from being tired all the time, I've read a lot of books on sleep, chronic fatigue, etc. One of the most comprehensive of these books is "From Fatigued to Fantastic," by Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum. What he says seems to make a lot of sense.
I researched all of the ingredients that people seemed to be saying were natural, over the counter products that helped people get to sleep and get deeper and better sleep. After having done this, I discovered that this "Revitalizing Sleep Formula" had more of these ingredients than most other products: valerian, passionflower, L-theanine, and hops.
Unfortunately, after having taken "Revitalizing Sleep Formula" for a month, I've found that it doesn't really help me get to sleep. Also, I don't seem to be getting any better sleep. I was hoping that this formula would work as well as prescription sleep-aid products, but I've been disappointed.
It may work for some, but it hasn't for me.

Works Like a Charm Jan 23, 2010
By krosmon After a bad bout of sciatica where I was taking pain pills, once the pain calmed down, I still needed something to help me sleep at night. I found this product and it has been so helpful. Being older, I wake up several times a night, but I am almost always able to get back to sleep, and I don't wake up with any medication after-effects like I did with the pain pills. I take 2 every night when I go to bed and they work like a charm.

Having been in Dr Teitelbaum's "From Fatigued to Fantastic" program for over two years I am still learning the best way for my body to heal. The relaxing herbs in this formula are mentioned in his book and on his website. I have maxed out on Melatonin amounts, but needed more help to sleep. This formula relaxes me enough so I can. I started using this about a month ago and it sure does help. If I were you I would at least give it a try. Plus I stay alseep, and don't toss and turn all night. Not sure which ingredient, or ingredients are helping me, but I am a life time fan from now on. When I wake up in the morning, I don't have any "hangover" feeling like I did with plain melatonin. I was able to decrease my melatonin amount and supplement with the Revitalizing Sleep Formula. I have been thinking about getting this for two years, wish I hadn't waited. (Note: All royalties go to charity/research, not into Dr T's pocket.)

SAFEST, MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO GET MY ZZZZZZZZ Sep 01, 2010

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since 1997. Obviously, I've suffered with great pain & lack of sleep, therefore, I've tried everything under the sun to try & go into deep sleep in order to alleviate the pain. When you suffer from Fibro, the combination of pain and sleep disturbance is a double-edged sword: the pain makes sleep more difficult and sleep deprivation exacerbates pain. The good news is that reduction in sleep disturbance is usually followed by improvement in pain symptoms. Medical researchers have long sought to clarify the association between sleep disturbance and pain. Very little is known. but a few key findings indicate that sleep and pain are intricately linked. For example, studies of patients experiencing pain after surgery show disturbed sleep, reduced rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, and a normalization of sleep as recovery proceeds. People with fibromyalgia may also experience an alteration in their patterns of slow wave sleep, which is the deepest stage of sleep. Fibromyalgia is a disabling, persistent condition for which there is no cure. It is important for people with fibromyalgia to maintain a regular sleep schedule and to get treatment for sleep disorders, if necessary.
Jacob Teitelbaum, M.D. is one of our top researchers on Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome nationwide. He's also the creator of Revitalizing Sleep Formula, as well as many other wonderful products that sell under "Fatigued to Fantastic!" He has personal knowledge because he suffers from both Fibro & CFS, however, he managed to get and keep himself into remission years ago.
I have been using several of his products, particularly the Revitalizing Sleep Formula, and find it to be extremely helpful. However, in order for it to help "ME," I have to take three capsules every night. The bottle says you can take up to four capsules a night, and there are times when I do take four. At the beginning I experimented until I found the right dosage that worked for me. Some people that a have severe condition might also need a muscle relaxant, because this is an extremely serious condition and I suggest that you address it with your doctor. You might even need a sleep study.
However, these capsules do work. They are very helpful, and the best part of it is that you DO wake up REFRESHED. They don't make you wake up drowsy. I highly recommend them.
