This product is very personal. Based on reviews I've read here and other sites - for some it works, and for others it doesn't! If you are one of the "lucky ones" --it's amazing. In about 8 weeks time of diligent daily use, it has made a huge difference for acnes, or wrinkles or blemishes. Since I began using it, I receive constant compliments on my "great skin" - blemish free and no wrinkles. I am in my late 30's - and I'd put my skin up against a 20 year old's, any day of the week. My suggestion is perhaps to team up with a friend - split the cost and then each try it sequentially. It is a bit pricey, but totally worth it to me. I think it just depends on your type of skin.

I bought this tool yesterday and I immediately tried it. I have the blue one for Acne and magic - it works on me the next day I get up in the morning. I see my acne drying down already with a big smile :)
I used it for 15 mins and I will keep using it! I am very happy with my purchase and I guess I will be getting the RED one soon.

The Evis MD Platinum Blue light device really, truly works! As the title says, "I am absolutely thrilled". I love it when a product actually does exactly what it claims to and gives you your money's worth. If you have an active breakout or are on the verge of one, I'd recommend using it more frequently than what they suggest in the instructions --use it every day for six minutes (per section) a day until it subsides, at least that's what worked for me. I get occasional breakouts around my monthly cycle, and now I use the Evis daily for 3-6 minutes during the week surrounding my period as a preventative. My skin has been clear and smooth ever since. In between Evis treatments, I use a bit of tea tree oil and/or Nelson's Pure & Clear Acne treatment gel (a homeopathic remedy) on areas where I tend to have breakouts, or should I say, where I used to have breakouts prior to getting the Evis.
The Evis is very user-friendly, just one on/off button to push and it has a built-in timer that beeps at 3 and 6 minute intervals. It's lightweight and has a conveniently long cord, making it easy to use while watching tv, listening to music, or surfing the net. I recommend using the plastic eye-shade that snaps on to the Evis, as the blue light is extremely bright.
Acne is such a painful condition, both physically and emotionally, but you don't have to suffer anymore. Take charge and get an Evis. It worked for me and I hope/expect it will work just as well for you.
