 Met Expectations for a great price! Oct 12, 2009

I thought this worked out well, considering I wasn't willing to pay sixty dollars for one, or more. It's made of a strong but stretchy material, which I liked. I read a review that said to order down, and I completely agree with that, would reccomend that. I was thinking about a medium, but got a small and it was perfect (I'm about 5'6", 125 lbs, a B-cup, about 32-34 inches around, if that helps with sizing for you women out there).
Some things I'd like to mention:
Obviously these things don't MAKE you completely stand up straight, like a rigid board down your back. They make it so your shoulder blades are flat, and your shoulders straight, instead of hunched. It doesn't correct your lower back or hips, if you have a problem with that. It serves as a reminder, and is comfortable while not being too intrusive. If you want something that demands that you stand up straight, I'd reccomend paying the sixty dollars.
The other thing I'd like to mention is that you DEFINITELY want to wear a shirt under this--the part against your back feels great, but the elastic/adjustable velcro area, and the edges can rub you the wrong way on occasion.
Other than that, it's great, for a great price!

I bought this product because I have really bad Posture, It literally hurts for me to stand up straight, and I'm only 27 yikes.. So I was Really excited about getting a shoulder/back brace to help my posture. When I got it I put it on it felt ok at first, But then I wore it to work and I suffered for about 4hours and then i just had to take it off. The Straps that go under the arm pits were killer. They should attach a piece of Fleece or something to those straps, it might be more comfortable. I haven't tried to wear it agian yet. I even tried putting a shirt under it, it didnt work.

This product does what it claims. Originally, I purchased this posture corrector to assist me in my daily work-outs. The shoulder straps do roll-up making them dig in, so I wear it over a t-shirt whenever I'm at home. It met my expectations.

I spend a lot of time at a desk and working with a PC and often catch myself doing some major slouching, which carries over into other activities. I tried a simple shoulder brace years ago but found it very uncomfortable after a few hours because it would constantly ride up my back. I've seen others that definitely would not do that but they are either very "heavy" looking, or expensive, or both. I decided to try out this item because it looked lightweight yet still anchors across the chest, and was very reasonably priced. I've been pleasantly surprised at the amount of shoulder/posture support it offers while being relatively comfortable. Anything of this nature will likely start to chafe after a while, but it takes this one a lot longer to become only slightly uncomfortable, particularly if worn over an undershirt, rather than against the skin. I'm going to order another to have a spare, but will try the medium since the small is a bit too tight across the chest for me.

I get severe neck & shoulder pain because of bad posture. My chiropractor suggested that I get a brace to improve my posture. I found this on amazon, and it's a very good product. It allows free movement since it is not very stiff and has helped my posture a lot, I can even sleep with it on without being uncomfortable.. I have been using it for a month and my neck/shoulder pain has gone down by 50%.
