 Does what it promises: smells nice, is comfy, and blocks out the light Dec 23, 2009

So, previously, I had a cheap little mask that came free in a hotel room. It didn't really block out the light very well, but that was the only one I'd ever had, so I didn't know any better. This one is, like, a thousand times better! First of all, it's very inexpensive, which I like. But it is also very comfortable. I love the smell of real lavender, so the scented mask is great. If you don't like real lavender or scents in general, then you should probably avoid this mask. The smell is strong enough that it will bother someone who is sensitive to scents. It's great at blocking out the light! I was really impressed with how well-crafted it is, and because of the way it is made, it is both good at blocking the light and very comfortable. I haven't used the earplugs, but I have used the mask several times, even during the middle of the day. It's great! I recommend it.

I have been sleeping very well with the mask and ear plugs. The mask is comfortable, lets no light in and the lavendar scent is not overpowering. The ear plugs block almost all sound and the pockets inside the mask are a covenient place to store them.

The eye shade is functional as I would have wanted,. What I would change is the closure. Make it longer (even in current design) so when the velcro wears out one can still close. Now that I know the product name I can find even more.

This was very nice, fits perfectly around any head.
It has a Velcro strap on the back.
And cushion's for the eyes.
You could open your eyes freely ,and you will see pitch black, even in the day.

Up until now I have been using a cheap sleep mask that my dad got on an international flight. It's gotten shabby and it does a terrible job of keeping light out. So, I thought I deserved a better mask. I didn't want to spend more than $10, and so when I saw this mask and read some good reviews about it, I was optimistic.
And I have to say I am extremely pleased. This mask is super comfortable, smells soooo wonderful (not overpowering at all), is soft and fits well, and shuts out light wonderfully. I'd highly recommend it, as long as you appreciate the smell of lavender.
I'd also like to note that I got the 'sapphire' color, and it's not as bright a blue as in the picture. It's more like a shiny, silky navy blue. Still pretty, though.
