The lamp provides me significant pain relief on my jaw/temporal muscles, even tough it is not recommended for use on the face/head. The unit is well constructed but you do have to get really close to it for it to have any effect.

As with most Amazon Marketplace vendors, it takes too long to receive orders- about 10 days. In these days of overnight everything, I am not sure why this has to be the case. Also, the expected delivery time frame provided is very wide (up to 8 days). I mean, really? is this the best they can do with time accuracy ?

Yeah the desktop is cheaper, and important for me is that it doesn't take up space like the larger one.

I have to position myself on the floor to get the lamp on my chest.
I put the lamp on a foot stool to get the right distance from the lamp.

It cleared up a sinus/chest/cough thing that I've had for 4 months.
I tried a lot of things to try to remedy it, but this worked!

I ordered this product to use in my spa. The heating element emits so low a heat that it can barely be felt. It's completely useless as advertised. In addition there was no invoice or packing slip with the product so I have no way to return it for a refund.
