MOST EXCELLENT Jun 12, 2009
By N. Lopez I have been using biosilk for many many years now, and recently my bottle was running low and i wanted to try something new. My hair is naturally oily. I have to wash it once daily to prevent it from looking oily. This product did not leave my hair greasy, and i recently started having these little flyaway hairs sticking up all over the place. This product left those hairs evenly blending in with the rest of my hair (they didn't stick up anymore) and also left my hair VERY shiny and soft (much softer than the biosilk did).
The smell to me was kinda fruity, like a grape candy almost, but the smell doesn't stay on your hair when you put the product on, it seems to just intensify whatever smell (such as the scent of your shampoo) is already in your hair. Personally i do like the way it smells though.
I've been using it for over a month now and am still very pleased with it. My only suggestion is to not use too much of it. A little bit really goes a long way. The days that I used more than recommended, my hair the next day when I woke up was more oily than normal. My hair is very thick and long and I only have to use smaller than a dime size for all of my hair, then I use another size half that amount for the ends of my hair.
And last but not least, you can also use this product on your skin. I've been using it on my legs after I shave and it leaves my legs silky smoothe and soft and also decreases the skin irritation from the razor.
I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it!

Fantastic stuff! May 02, 2009

I just finished a bottle of Moroccan Gold Miracle Oil Argan Oil, which was pricey, but it worked. It seems to have been taken off the market.
Fortunately, my fantastic new hairdresser told me about the DermOrganic Argan oil product (she's so fantastic she even got me a sample for her rep!). Much less expensive than MG, and just as good as Moroccan Gold. In fact, I think it's better. If I used too much MG, my hair was limp and greasy looking all day. This product is much more forgiving, but it gives the same shine and conditioning.
My hairdresser told me that many people said MG made their hair orange. Which is quite possible, as that oil was orange. Never fear, this one is clear.

Questionable product Aug 10, 2011
By Pryles I bought this on sale at TJX. At first I was really pleased with house soft it made my hair when I put it in after a shower. Unfortunately, though by the time it dried my hair felt soft it looked am mess. I got increased frizz ad the next day my hair felt really dry and brittle. I tried it for about a week and gave up.
Usually my hair loves oil so I read the ingredients list and fount it's not really oil. The first ingredient is Cyclopentasiloxane. A little research showed that this is on a few EPA type lists for it's moderate toxicity. Since this is a very expensive product, from a company with "organic" in the name I think this is a bit strange.
On the Toxicity this is what I found: [...]
Overall, I don't recommend it, it didn't work very well for me, and it has ingredients of questionable safety.

OMG Little Bottle of Heaven for my Natural 4B Hair!!!! Softness BEYOND Compare! May 18, 2011
By Briana Martin Why is this product not on more black hair forums or talked about more often? There is NOTHING that compares to this bottle of liquid gold. A few drops is ALL you need. I section my hair into four, massage in a few drops per section, wait a few seconds and comb. Its like nothing ive tried before. BTW, I buy a lot of products from curlmart.com AND I am a product junkie so believe me when I say this stuff works. The hair is soft and managable. It almost didn't feel like my hair after I put it on. Here are some more benefits of argan oil, in general (FOUND ONLINE):
1. It softens dry, cracked skin- Argan oil is known for having a high content of unsaturated fatty acids. It even has more than shea butter so its an ideal all-over face, and body moisturizer.
2. It's used in the prevention of stretchmarks- The oil absorbs extremely well deep into the skin and helps with collagen production. It also doesn't leave the skin oily.
3. It lightens scars- For acne sufferers, argan oil should be your best friend. It can help diminish scars including acne scarring.
4. It keeps the skin's natural oils balanced- Argan oil is a non-comedogenic so just because it's an oil doesn't necessarily mean that it clog pores. It actually does the opposite to keep the skin clear and acne-free.
5. Suffer from eczema or psoriasis? Argan oil healing properties is due to its abundance of Vitamin E. It treats a number of skin ailments.
6. Keeps cuticles soft by leaving argan oil on it overnight.
7. Suffer from split ends? Argan oil penetrates the hair for an intensive hair treatment. Make a great hair conditioner.
8. Alleviate dry, itchy scalp- Apply to scalp and wrap head in a warm towel for 30 minutes or overnight to soothe irritation.
9. Shiny hair- If your hair lacks luster, smooth it on for intense shine and vibrancy.
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND TRY IT! YOU WILL LOVE THE RESULTS. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS. : )

DermOrganic Leave-In Treatment Apr 24, 2011

This products first two ingredients are SILICONE. If you want a true oil conditioner, this is not it...... it feels so strangely slick, like putting teflon in your hair. Did not like it though it smells good.
