 Leaked in less than 2 weeks! Aug 03, 2010

I have used this product constantly for over 5 years and am usually satisfied. This time around, I ordered my usual two pack..........I followed the instructions - didn't heat it for over 2 minutes and in less than two weeks, it had sprung a leak. I use this product for my neck pain so I wrap it around my neck while lying in bed. I woke up the next morning, to find a large stain on my sheets where the product has leaked through. I'm disappointed and hoping that Amazon will replace the one neckwarmer even though it came in a two pack. I'll give it one more try. If it happens again..........I'll have to look for a new product.

I also have the larger version of this hot pack. This one is just as good as that one in that it can be easily michowaved instead of using boiling water. It is even better in that it will rest on both shoulders comfortably at the same time.

Great product. My wife loves these. She uses one for a footwarmer at night whenever the weather is a bit cool. Easy to use and they last a long time.

This was a better shape and quality than what I was able to buy locally. Its nice it comes with 2 packs. I have only used it as a cold pack, never for heat.

Bought these over the winter. Work great to just warm up or if you have aches and pains. Have used from the freezer this summer...to cool down or, again for aches and pains. I like this size. Have reused MANY MANY times. No leaking issues in 6 months of use and abuse!
