Migraine Relief! Apr 26, 2011
By KGJulie I take 4 capsules daily (2 in the am and 2 before bed) to help control migraines. It really helps reduce the frequency of migraines. In the past when I've run out, I'll get migraines for days. Now I make sure I don't run out. I'd give it 5-stars, but it is still a little rough on the digestive system.

Doesn't upset my stomach May 31, 2011
By RN Tried several different magnesium supplements (my dr has recommended it for migraine prophylaxis) and had troubles with tummy upset. This supplement doesn't seem to bother me and the form of this mag is much more bio-available the mag oxide (which your body has trouble actually absorbing). Only complaint I have is that the tablets are quite large. They are easy to break in half though and I have no trouble getting them down that way.
Product detail clarification May 23, 2012
By gatorfantom There are several listings of this item on Amazon (and many more elsewhere), some of which contain incomplete and/or incorrect information. Since I know how incredibly annoying this can be when trying to comparison shop, and since I've been buying this product for a few years now, I thought I'd post a few additional details about it for anyone going through that process.
According to the product label:
1.) The bottle contains 180 tablets 2.) Each tablet has 200mg of Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate chelate) 3.) A "serving size" = 1 tablet 4.) The "servings per container" = 180
Oh, and the product itself is good. Of the dozen or so brands of chelated magnesium that I've tried, I'd put this in the top 2 or 3.
Hope this helps!
Potent, but did not work for me Jun 10, 2011
By Shmuel Agnon i bought this in the hopes to treat my depression, because of a recommendation from a website claiming this cured depression. The website recommended to use this with Indole-3-Carbinol to optimize absorption. It may be true for the author, but it did not work for me. As you know depression has numerous causes different from one person to the next, so it does not mean this could not be effective for someone else.
Overall I could tell that this absorbed really well, because I had loose stool after taking only one tablet a day (Magnesium is a laxative).
