I have the neck pack and the large rectagular pack.
Not only do they keep the moist heat going for hours, but I found that if you freeze them when wet, they keep the cold going for an incredible amount of time. (overnight!)
I highly recommend these hot packs to anyone having problems that need ice or heat.
I also recommend the towel covers that you can order to fit the specific product.

Chattanooga used to make good packs Dec 29, 2010
By Duke Nukem I work in an injury clinic and have used hydrocollator packs for almost two decades. Chattanooga is the leading brand. The packs they sell used to last for at least two years before needing replacement. Now it seems I must consistently replace each pack in less than 6 months. I think they are leaving themselves open to a would be competitor in this niche market. Anyone that can make and sell packs that last as long as they used to will definitely get my business and I would refer all the PTs and LMPs I know to them as well (That is a lot of customers!).

By Hijoeb Wrote them 3 times begging they contact me. Product never arrived. Went to post office and they said without venders assistanace and contact number they cannot help me...so....this sucks.....wrong address on address label and I am out $40.00 ?????
They don't live up to their reputation Feb 14, 2012
By nan I had a pack split open in the hydrocollator unit which must have left residue and caused my other packs and unit to create slime on everything and it smelled like a sewer. Had the damaged pack replaced, washed everything in antibacterial soap and the slime came back. Separated the packs in individual containers to figure out if one was causing the slime or the unit and after a few weeks all the packs had slime on them. Company will not replace packs. I will never buy from them again!
