Super PFT Sep 13, 2010
By Dorky Dad I recently bought one of these from [...] on sale for $1775, shipping included free. A steal compared to the competition at $2000+. It arrived in eight days, the delivery company dropped the cardboard boxes on a pallet in my driveway, which was OK with me, I did not want to pay the extra money for in-room delivery. Getting it into position was the first workout! The machine was well-packaged for shipping, and arrived undamaged with minimal cosmetic blemishes. I assembled it in the space of about three hours over two consecutive evenings. There are a couple of steps where you will have to have a second person to make sure everything is correctly aligned and stays that way as you tighten the bolts, but most of it can be done by one person. I looked very hard at the Body Solid G6B, which is less expensive, and at the more expensive HOIST PFT, but really liked the looks, flexibility and affordability of the BodyCraft. I have received a couple of compliments on the looks of this machine, it is a nice gray, business-like but not dull. There is very little you cannot do with one of these machines, the versatility really puts conventional single-user home gyms to shame. It is very stable, does not wobble or shake in use, it is quiet and very smooth. The included DVD is very good, and I love using this thing.
