After back surgury I needed an attachment for Lat pulldowns. This Body Solid Lat attachment fit in my standard 2" square tubing bench. I have been working it very hard, this is a quality prouduct. Shipping was fast and everything works as advertised
Low Cost solution Dec 27, 2011
By Dr Doctor It fits just right with my busy body bench. It is not designed for it they say but it works. The sliding up and down on post is not super smooth. A tech for for company recommended getting pure silicon spray to increase sliding. If your looking for an easy solution that is low cost I would recommend this. It is more portable and can fit in my car easily when moving. The ones with the stand are very difficult to transport in smaller cars. If you go slow during your excercises like you should be doing anyway I didnt see problem with rattling.

good for light beginer use Sep 05, 2010
By Vmaxerr94 If I could, I'd send this back, this attachment is clearly not intended to be used with much weight. The main square chrome metal post is too short and rocks back and forth when doing the Lat exercise. The rowing exercise that you must SIT ON THE FLOOR to do, is a joke. I've converted mine to a standing push down exercise by purchasing ($49.00) a shorter cable like the one used for the Lat exercise. The standing push down exercise works pretty good, I'm using a Hampton MTE-U Tricep Full extension bar to do my push-downs with.
