Poor Quality Aug 03, 2009
By Robert P. Bikle The Body Max bench arrived with the primary support arm with no thread, making it impossible to connect the foot support properly. In addition, the top of the bench had one of the four thread inserts set too high for the bolt to reach. I ended up stripping the bolt trying to catch the very end of the insert and pull it down. After 2 days of receiving a busy signal from Body Max customer service, I finally got through. It took two phone calls before the customer service person 'received approval' for sending the replacement parts. The main support replacement was serviceable, but the top of the bench replacement had similar misplacement of the inserts. They failed to send the replacement bolt I requested.
