Nice sticks because the handles stay in your hand firmly and don't slip off (unlike wooden), quality mono-construction (unlike others using more than 2-3 parts= breakability), price, and they get the job done!

What I'd received had nothing to do with what I've ordered. A cheap version of a real pair of Body Sticks; not what was displayed on the picture. Disappointment...

Love these things. Good length to reach your back. Having the ball off to the side rather than directly around the handle (handle going through the ball) like some other models helps it to reach around further to get your back better. The ball feels a bit denser than a racquetball. Really gets blood flowing around and relaxes muscles. Feels great.

Very neat idea for a massage product. Works very well, feels great, and you'll expend much less energy using these rather than your fists. Great quality. What else can I say? My partner and I are both pleased!
