Super Product for Insulin Users Sep 07, 2009

I got this product for my mom, an insulin-using diabetic who also has cataracts and vision difficulies. THIS IS A GREST PRODUCT - you slide in the rim of the insulin vial to one end (the product holds it for you). Then, you slide the syringe up the "groove" in the product - the needle automatically goes in the right place. Last, you turn the groove part around to the back side, where you can see the numbers and lines on the syringe MAGNIFIED. I LOVE this product - it is an inexpensive product that has made a big difference to my mom.

For the size of it, it just seems a little bulky (really thick). Seems to work fine, but since I have to use two different bottles of insulin for one needle, I've pretty much reverted to a cheap pair of reading glasses.
