I have used this product for as long as it has been on the shelf. Somewhere around twenty years I suppose. It is by far the best pain reliever on the market as far as I am concerned. In addition to the occasional headache and muscle/back aches, I have used this product following the removal of wisdom teeth and elbow surgery in liue of the nauseating and ineffective codene related products prescribed by my doctors.
I carry two in my pocket at all times just in case I ever sense a heart attack. I am in good health, but at nearly 65 years of age, you never know. I have taken one tablet prior to an 18 hole golf day and also before lengthy hikes into the mountains of Colorado above 9,000 feeet. It not only helps with muscle stffness, but also gives me that peace of mind that just in case the old ticker is stressed, I've done what I can before the rescue arrives.
The 500mg buffered caplet is kind to my stomach (although I try to eat something before taking) and as long as I do not need to take it for any extended time, it does not affect my hemorrhoid tissue associated with the thinning of blood. It is truely the only realy effective non-prescription pain medication on the market.

This medicine could not be found in our local stores. One pharmacist at a Walmart said he'd never heard of it!

Just like your standard aspirin with the added convenience of not having to go to the store to get it. Works great for head aches.
