Well this was a disappointment. It does hold my exercise ball, but I can't sit on the ball and use it like a chair on this without it scooting away. It's just a cheap basic piece of plastic. I should have gotten something sturdier. With shipping, I received it and thought, 20 bucks for that?!?!?
