This is a wonderful ball for exercises and workouts! May 31, 2010

This 65cm body ball (also called a stability ball) is great for doing some basic exercises and workouts on.

Now, first of all, there are several things that come with the ball. It comes with the necessary tools to pump it up; it even includes the pump. There are directions on how to use it, but it is a rather easy-to-use manual pump. It may take quite a while to pump up the ball manually (about 15 minutes), but it is worth it, as the ball will remain full of air, and it will only occasionally require you to add a little more air to keep it filled up sufficiently. There is also a small poster with some basic exercises to do on the ball included in the box.

I have found that this ball is extremely durable. I have accidentally had a fan hit it only to leave a small mark on the ball. I have also bounced on it and bounced the ball itself only to have it work perfectly. I have used it with several workouts, and it will glide over a hard floor or carpet with ease. It is a little sticky sometimes, but that hasn't ever been a problem for me. It's also good to use as a chair in front of a desk or computer to encourage good posture and to be available to do an exercise every now and then when you get a break.

Overall, this is a great body ball that may be used for several things. I highly recommend this ball, and I will continue to use it in the future.

I ordered this ball to be my new desk chair at work. I love this thing! I am 5'6" and when fully inflated it is perfect for sitting at my desk. The pump was easy to use, and took about 10-15 minutes to use. Not bad for under $15 total! I have been sitting on this for about a month now and it hasn't needed any added air or anything. I am quite pleased!
