My doctor recommended a scrotal suspensory following my hernia surgery. I ordered a few different styles and the best by far was from FlexaMed. The soft mesh pouch is comfortable and keep my testicles snug. The waistband is comfortable and adjustable. The hole in front is helpful. I would recommend this suspensory to any guy after hernia surgery. FlexaMed's shipping was fast and they answered my questions very efficiently. I will be buying more of these suspensories because I wear them every day.

Bought this for my husband. It says it fits all and my husband doesn't have complaints with it there. His complaints were that it doesn't give enough support. We ended up having to buy another one with leg straps, which my husband preferred much better. I wouldn't buy this again and I would only recommend the scrotal supprts that have leg straps with them.

I have varicocele (enlargement of the internal spermatic veins). When I'm lifting for a significant period of time the flexing of my stomach muscles causes downward backflow of blood that can cause the veins to swell to uncomfortable sizes. The A-T Surgical Suspensory purchased from FlexaMed has the just the right amount of support I was looking for. The material is excellent and the pouch is very comfortable. The penis hole opening is comfortable and the right size. Most other suspensories I've used have too large a hole and everything falls out when moving around. I plan on buying more of these suspensories from FlexaMed. I've tried many suspensories over the years and this is by far the best suspensory. Highly recommended!

I ordered a FlexaMed "suspensory" to provide needed testicle support after a double hernia operation. However, the "suspensory" I received has large, harsh looking, exposed seams on the inside of the pouch. The netting didn't look comfortable either, and there is no way one size fits all, because there is no provision for adjustment of the pouch. I did not wear the "suspensory" because, in my opinion, it is totally unacceptable for its intended purpose.
