A great addition to the Aquajogger belt Jun 24, 2009

These added a surprising amount of resistance. I didn't expect they would work so well, and the extra buoyancy allows you to do other exercises with the belt, including strength training. They are worth every penny.

Information was not complete as to the sizes of the Aqua Jogger Active Bells. I would have liked to know how the different sizes performed. I got a small size which is less than adequate for the use I give them.

I use this product with the Aqua Jogger three times per week for one hour in our community pool. I highly recommend it if anyone wants to get an all-around great workout.

These water exercise bells were exactly as described. I used them nearly every day and they offer good resistance to water exercise programs. They are sturdy but light weight so I expect them to last many years.

I purchased the aqua joggers because I got the best results. Regular exercise with these in the water reduced back pain.
