By Hummingbird Overall good product to reduce tension on the neck and shoulders. The only downside is that you have to spray the pillow with the aromatherapy mist (lavender and chamomile)or you'll get the rice smell.

This feels so good on my neck. It relaxes the muscles that are tense. I just heat it in the microwave and put it on. Instant relief!!

By Chris Wing This microwaveable neck pillow is great! It fits comfortably around the neck, microwaves well, and has a nice scent when heated that is not overpowering. I have also cooled it in a plastic bag in the freezer, and that works well, also

By Dianne Boudreau This is my second purchase of this pillow. I have arthritis in my neck and this soothes the pain. The scent helps to relax the mind and body and you can get a spray to use on the pillow when the scent fades. Hope Earth Therapeutics continues to make this product as I am lost without it. LOVE IT!
