This book holder has increased my exercise time 100%. Since buying this I've been much less reluctant to continue working out because I am no longer bored; reading keeps my mind busy and occupied while I work away the pounds.

I use this for holding my 8" Sony DVD player so I can walk on the treadmill at an incline and watch movies. With this holder, I feel comfortable knowing my DVD player won't go crashing to the ground.

This book holder works fine on our treadmill - even though our console is slightly rounded on the edge. We have read paperbacks, magazines, and hardcovers with it. The only trouble we had was with our hardcover being so heavy it pressed the buttons on the console. The holder is very nice and does exactly what we need it to do.
