I am so glad I purchased this strap. I wanted to do cable kickbacks at the gym, but they didn't have an ankle strap attachment. It is easy to use and I keep it in my car so I don't leave it at home.

I ordered two of these to use when i go to the gym. I hate having to wait for others to finish using the straps and sometimes the gym doesn't even have them. I started purchasing my own attachment to take with me to ensure that I get the best workout that I can when I go n the gym. They don't slide and they aren't too tight or uncomfortable. they are very adjustable and I even use them on my wrist when doing other cable exercises to give my hands a break from gripping.

After ~20 sets of 20 reps, 20-30 lbs, D ring separated and the nylon D-ring attachment ripped. Totally worthless. Try another product.

This is a great product for reverse crunches. This product is very comfortable and sturdy compared to other ankle straps I have used in the past. There is no doubt in my mind that these are built to last.
