Best Pilates Mat Available Sep 27, 2007
By J. Zayac Airex Coronella Mats 23"W x 72"L x 5/8"H - Green This mat is excellent for a pilates workout. It only weighs 5 pounds and I carry it to the local junior college for class. It provides a lot of cushion on a hard floor.

Excellent yoga mat Jan 14, 2008
By M. Peterson I bought this mat to do yoga at home and absolutely love it. It is thick and comfortable and doesn't slip. Pricey but worth the luxury.
Best mat for those who need a bit extra cushioning Mar 23, 2012
By JD Dieffenbacher I own three different sizes of Airex mats. I use them for yoga, pilates even some for practicing a few forward and backward rolls. Whether I'm working over a wood, vinyl or cement floor, these mats always give my body enough cushioning especially my knees. They clean off easily and don't have that strong plastic-vinyl-latex smell that other mats sometimes have. And the ridged surface gives it a good grip no matter what kind of exercise you're doing. I've even used it as a sleeping mat in my van. Highly recommended!
