Using a single pre-inflated aircell, the Armband concentrates compression directly on the extensor muscle, not around the arm, for more support and less constriction. Designed for comfort and versatility, the Armband is designed to conform to the arm's tapered contour and comfortably cushions the sensitive injured muscle. Treat / Prevent Elbow Pain Apr 08, 2010

I'm prone to elbow pain from weight lifting and general over-use. The air-cast brace has been the best product for relieving the pain, helping the inflammed tendons to heal, and preventing the pain from coming back. I've tried several other brands, but this one is the best.

This is a good product. It seems to be helping my tennis elbow. The only complaint I have is the plastic piece that rests against my arm. It rubs funny. I put a piece of gauze in between it and my skin.

Perfect Remedy for Tennis Elbow Apr 01, 2010

I developed what is commonly called "tennis elbow" many years ago and tried many products in search of a remedy. The creams and alcohol based products just gave temporary relief but this aircast actually reversed my injury. It stopped the pain and further damage from occurring and allowed my elbow to get strong again. I stopped needing the cast it worked so well! I would recommend this to anyone suffering from painful and debilitating tennis elbow.

Great product. Holds up well under clean dry conditions. However under dirty & sweaty conditions rate of wear is significantly accelerated. I Will purchase again though.

Received my AirCast on a Tuesday and two days later the air pillow had deflated. The strap was also a concern as its made from thin velcro and foam. Its a good idea but very poor quality. First I called Aircast to hopefully get a new air pillow but they wouldnt deal with me because I bought on Amazon. Amazon was great about the return.
