The Fragrance was fine, BUT... Nov 01, 2011
By Cecil

I bought this item at a local supermarket. The lavender fragrance was great but the significant problem is that this product does not do what it promises - that is, to sense odors and dispense fragrance to neutralize/cover them.
I was suspicious that it wasn't doing what it was supposed to and just for a test, I mounted the unit near my cat's litter box and left it there for an hour. Not one spray, not one squirt. Took my dog for a walk and scooped up after her. Placed the open baggie right beside the 'odor detector' in a small room which I use for my den. Didn't go off,, you'd think that would set it off?
So, whatever odors this device 'senses' clearly are of a kind that I don't even notice (and yes I tried it in the kitchen for odors from cooking onion, garlic, etc... and nothing). My vote is that this thing doesn't work as promised and what it likely does is spray occasionally as part of some random program. It clearly does not sense odors at all (and I tried two, thinking the first one might have been a dud, since it was on sale that should have been a hint to me right there .
Couldn't recommend this to anyone,,, except for people who smell imaginary smells anyway... then it might 'work' for them.

disappointment Aug 08, 2010
By Lynn Barlow I have not had good luck with any of the Airwick products...I started out with the plug-ins and loved them until I had bought a bunch of refills and soon the plugs quit working...I bought new plugs and they worked about a week and burned out or just quit. I then tried the Imotion machine and loved it. I used it for 3 months and it worked fine so I bought another one plus 4 refills. You guessed it...now I have about $35.oo worth of machines and refills and the machines do not work. I am now going to give up on airwick products altogether. I am disappointed because I have been using airwick products since the 60's starting with the bottles with a pull up wick.

Concho Oct 04, 2011
By Concho I was disappointed with this item. It worked fine for the first day or two and now, you can't tell it is there. I wanted something that would fill the room with a pleasant odor.

Overpriced! Nov 18, 2011

$8.99 as the Gold Box price??? that's the usual price in CVS or Walgreens, and with coupons you can get it for under $5.

Works pretty well Jun 29, 2008

The scents that are available for the sprayer are not my favorite. However, the sprayer works as designed. You can pick to have it spray in increments. I have mine in my exercise room and it sprays every 36 minutes (the maximum interval). I would like if it had a longer interval, as the longest interval is more than often enough in a small room. I have guests over and they can hear it spraying in the other room. One young lady thought it was me, umm,, "relaxing".
