Ouch...but in a good way. Jun 07, 2004
By David M Norton My Dad has had this AbWheel for at least 20 years and he just started using it again at 57. Now he's more ripped then I am and his back, arms, and abs are rock solid. This thing is amazing and simple...the key, start slowly. He challenged me to use it the last time I went to his house, I went up and down twice and felt pretty good about myself (he does 60-100 reps from his knees then another 10 from his toes). The next morning after doing only 2 reps I woke up as sore as if I'd spent the entire day in the gym. I'm buying one of these right now so I can catch up to my Dad. Can't have a 60 year old man looking better than his 20-something son.

the ab wheel works better than cross crunch Mar 15, 2006
By A. Brittingham i had a baby nearly 7 months ago, so i have been buying ab workout equipment left and right. most of the time i end up returning the equipment because it does not work as promised (the cross crunch, sauna belt pro)the ab wheel was very in expensive and really works! you begin to feel it working immediately. after my first night of using it, i was sore the next day (a good sore, i knew i got a great workout)the only suggestion i have is that you buy a thick pad to put under your knees because using it on the floor really hurt my knees.

Yea, i just received mine yesterday, i used to use a barbell for this method and it worked wonders. when i heard there was an actual machine for this, i bought it right away. since i received it yesterday, i've been using the heck out of it and it is making me hurt already!!! a good hurt!!! for less than 15 bucks, you can't go wrong!! and its not like you have to pull out some big machine, its just a real portable easy to use wheel. you'll feel the burn the first time you use it!!! awesome!

Poorly Made Product Mar 31, 2008
By B. Argast A lot of people probably have thier doubts about the effectiveness of a product of this nature. My comments won't offer any advice on that issue. I have used similar products with good results. My issue with this product is that the manufacturer seemed to rush this "Ab Wheel" onto a profitable fitness market without any checks and balances. The materials are about as cheap as they come and there is no stabilzation with the wheels, which (because there are two and too much space allowed) wobble back and forth. The result is that not only did the company (EA) decide to save the 20 cents or less required to at least employ stoppers to resrict the sideways wheel movement, but they apparently want you as the consumer to focus more on this design mishap then the solid, fluid motion that would be needed to achieve any results. I would not recommend this product and would suggest to anyone considering this product that they search out another manufacturer or make on themselves (PVC pipe, two lounge wheels, two bike handle bars and yes two rubber stoppers would be the equivalent).

Sometimes the simplest thing can be the best thing in the world. Gee, I wish I came up with this gadget, I would be a millionaire by now. If you want to work your arms, abs, back, just use this EVIL WHEEL everyday. Forget about Sit Ups, and wasting money on BIG HEAVY machine. This Wheel can be used for ANYONE ANY age, ANY sex, and of course at ANY place~! Do not worry, I will come up with some gadget next time and be a millionaire! We all be glad I did it~!!
