Magic! Oct 15, 2009
By Mike D
"miked2"
I seriously injured my elbow tendons doing yardwork. I could lift anything with my palm down at all. The pain was pretty bad. I couldn't figure out if it was "tennis elbow" (interior elbow) or "golf elbow" (exterior elbow), but it did hurt.
I bought this and a bunch of other things, and this brace is the best. I have no clue how or why it works, since the pain was coming from the elbow (albeit emanating down to the forearm), and this brace just goes on the forearm. But it works. It's magic.
Sadly, elbow injuries take a long time to heal. I've been wearing this when I have to do lifting with my arms, yardwork, etc. Highly recommended. Especially for ten bucks -- can't be beat!

No pain Mar 03, 2010
By Monica M. Farnum This brace did wonders for me. I had really bad tennis elbow and could barely lift up a box of cereal at times. I am in the gym 3-4 days a week and I used this brace everytime. Once I put the brace on, I couldnt feel a thing - I could lift a 12 pound weight, way different then the pain from a box of cereal! The only bad thing I can say about the brace is that they are a little bulky so when I work my byceps, I need to make sure the brace is low enough that when I bend my elbow the brace doesnt dig into my skin - still works great though.

Tennis/Golf elbow and an Ace brace Dec 13, 2008
By Steven A. Peterson Every so often, I get a bout of tennis/golf elbow (although I've never played golf and haven't played tennis regularly in about 20 years!). I try a variety of approaches. If a mild case, I have used a standard elbow brace. If it is more severe, I use this (Comfort level is the reason, by the way; a standard brace is not as uncomfortable as this one is).
It is easy to adjust to provide tension on the arm; the one size will fit most people's arms because of that feature. So, ease of use is top notch. With a more severe case of elbow problems, I find that I need to use this over a period of time. But this product (plus other treatments) helps do the trick. So, if you have a bum elbow and it gets to be really uncomfortable, this can become a part of the solution.
Anyhow, if you have golf/tennis elbow, this is worth taking a look at if the problem becomes really annoying.

Too bulky & too big Mar 13, 2011
By lezzle I am a smaller female with a forearm measurement of 9 inches around. I'm finding this brace to be too big to fit around my arm, it won't stay in place because I can't tighten it correctly. It is also made of a stiff foam that is bulky. I've tried wearing it over my clothes to keep it in place and that doesn't work either. Probably fine if your arm is larger - but if you're small this doesn't work.

Bulky and uncomfortable Jan 21, 2011
By Avid Reader The brace is comprised of a thick piece of stiff foam that is attached to the band that goes around your forearm. It feels cheap, is stiff and uncomfortable and makes the brace very bulky. This is my 3rd brace purchase, Futuro and AirCast are much nicer.
