Improved from Previous Years Oct 11, 2008

My old Ace hot/cold wrap would freeze solid in the freezer, making it hard to apply around my knee.
This new version is way better. Someone at ACE figured out a way to keep the pack cold, but flexible, making it much easier and more comfortable to use.
Highly recommended.

Must say that I'm impressed. I have knee pain and this thing is AWESOME. It doesn't get rock hard like other gel ice packs I have owned, stays very malleable and can be molded quite nicely. Also it does NOT get so cold that when you put it on after a couple minutes it hurts. It gets cold enough to penetrate and provide that relief without the pain. I left a day in the freezer although it recommended 2 hours for initial use and 20-30 mins for every other use.
The heat works nice for neck aches after sleeping wrong position . Ect. Good for athletic injuries like my knee sprain.

Wrap around any part of body.
Great for Fibromyalgia pain.

This is a great product. I have only used it frozen, but it keeps it's cool for a long time and I love that it stays in place!

I had purchased one Ace hot/cold bandaged and found it to work well with my aches and pains. When I returned to buy a second, my pharmacy could not find one so I was forced to buy another brand at a higher price. I found that was made of plastic materials and not easily moldable to my body. I checked in other pharmacies and discount stores in my community, but was unable to find an Ace. Finally, I tried Amazon. I was able to find the Ace bandage quality at the reasonable price that Amazon is known for.
