Description:

HOW DOES IT WORK ? Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a hormone, produced by the developing placenta shortly after the conception and secreted into the urine. The pregnancy test contains antibodies which specifically react with this hormone. When urine specimen is dropped into a midstream, capillary action carries the specimen to migrate along the membrane. When hCG in the sample reaches the Test Zone region of the membrane, it will form a colored line. Absence of this colored line suggests a negative result. To serve as a procedure control, a colored line will appear at the Control Zone region, if the test has been performed properly.

False Positives Nov 20, 2011

These tests give false positives. I got a razor thin pink line and thought I was pregnant. I was so excited. Only every test after that was negative. I read up on these cheap tests and find that they give a lot of false positives. Spend the money on first response or clearblue tests. They won't give you false hope like these do.

The tests shown are full size mid-stream tests.
The tests they send you, are mini-mid-stream tests [the ones that are just a regular IC in a case]

Don't waste your money...I've bought these twice now thinking that they are going to be the blue tipped large tests only to be disappointed that they're less effective than the 50 wondfo's you can get for $9 here.

Seriously, don't waste your time....or your money on these tests.

I like these tests much better than the dipping strips. They are very accurate and that's what we're looking for from a pregnancy test.

These are a must if you hate peeing in a cup! They're very cheap, but they work very well. My + line hadn't faded after 2 days. Sadly, I'm not yet sure if I'm pregnant. I'm using the tests to see when my hCG trigger shot clears my system.
